$3 DOLLARS PER ANNUM
The Pacific coast press in B. C. is beginning to clarion abroad the (act that this
great province needs, more thnn any thing
else in the railroad field, a north and south
railroud from Fort George k> Vancouver.
The coast press havo been doing this work,
in a desultory sort of way, for the past
eight years, since the Grand Trunk Pacific
Railway Company were incorporated to
build n line across Canada. They are now
however working in unison, and tho Boards
of Trade and other influential organizations
are adding their weight to the call of the
mother of invention. The Vancouver World
of June 15th reproduces a cartoon showing
n farmer-mun sitting on a bale of hay surrounded by cows, minerals trees i»nd ploughed fields, under the caption "Waiting." The
aforesaid farmer-man, seated in the centre
of the Northern Interior, is looking into the
vista where a truin is leaving Vancouver, in
diminutive perspective, ostensibly bound for
Fort George, ij'hilst thc middle distance is
occupied by cultivated lands bedecked with
crops. The intention is all right but the cartoonist could have taken in a greater scope
had he portrayed the significant fact that
the farmer-mnn of this interior country is
looking to the first rapid and cheap transportation route irrespective of its geographical location, That if Vancouver wants the
trade of this country that north and south
line must be built very much quicker than
Air. Chamberlin intends to have the G. T.
P. branch line, — after the completion of thc
main line from coast to coast — or the
trade of this whole territory, tributary to
the upper Fraser Rivor will have beon lost
to Vancouver, and gained by Edmonton.
The northland has long ceased to watch
Vancouver with the expectancy of seeing
lhat city initiate anything in the way of
incentive to the construction of a railroad
which would open up the greatest portion
of the province undeveloped by the advent
of cheap transportation. We are now watching Edmonton, and waiting the arrival of
the end of steel at Tete Jaune Cache, which
will be a consummated fact next spring.
Business men here are already negotiating
fur the shipment of their freight to this
point by the Edmonton route to the Cache,
nnd this winter steamboats will be built
Local and Provincial
Allnongst thc arrivals on the Steamer
Chilcotin were Mrs. Al. Haggith and son,
of Index, Washington. Mr. Haggith came
In South Fort George last fall and commenced farming a section of wild land he
owned across thc Fraser, about a mile back
Irnm the river. He has now a splendid ranch
with about twenty acres under cultivation.
Mis. Haggith is a sister of Mr. L. C. Gunn,
it)'' well known G. T. 1'. engineer, whose
reconnaissance work during surveys of thc
railroad through this district may lie counted amongst the achievements of the engin-
eering staff. Mrs. Haggith appears to posses energy and pluck on a par with her
brother, the engineer, for she sii|>ervi_ed the
importation of a large farming impedimenta
'or her husband's ranch, coining up the
Cut_boo Rond. The Fort George District
needs more settlers of the Haggith type.
The high water in tho Eraser at Quesnel
caused the loss of the greater part of thc
log boom for tho mill owned by James
lteid Umited. ►
The vegetable gardens in South Fort
George are advertisments of the fertility of
llie district und thc present season. Mr. W.
I'1. Cooke hns a fine potato crop fenced immediately adjoining the steamboat landing,
where the observnnt land seeker will glean
liis first sight of the productiveness of the
soil as he steps ashore.
The weather this summer in the Fort
(leorge district is certainly calculated nicely
lo produce n bumbor crop.
The demand for the satin programmes of
'he First of July celebration, issued from
ihe Herald presses this week, exceeds tho
•--upply by the quantity that wasn't printed.
$2.50 was offered for a single copy.
The celebrations here this week are a big
recess in every way. The big success in OV:
<i-y way is tho natural result of the com-
hined effort of a live community to make a
kuccoss big.
A lot of people will be unable to .attend
"he First of July celebration in South Fort
George. They have our sympathy.
0. Bowen, of Index, Wash., who arrived
We some weeks ago, has taken up a preemption at the southern extremity of Eaglo
'<">ke near Willow River. Mr. Bowen states
lHMs family will arrive here this fall. He
>* pleased with his quest for land in this
distriot, and with tho district altogether,
n°t for a moment omitting its hub and
hero that will ply between this point anil
the end of steel next year. The following,
from tho Saturday Sunset, a Vancouver
weekly, deals with another factor in the
solving of the transportation problem; the
opening of tho Fraser River to navigation
between Lytton, on the C. |\ I.., und Soda-
Creek. Although the Sunset blazonry takes
the credit for tho initiative of this advocation the credit belongs to John Houston who
brought the possibilities of the route to the
attention of the entire province in a number
of articles published in some of the first issues of his "Prince Rupert Empire." The
Sunset, together with the Victoria Colonist
and other coast publications trailed after
the old mun's lead. "Bruce" was a trailer
ever. His article follows:
"Just about ten months ago several articles were published on this page calling, attention to the transportation situution as
it then existed, between the Coast and tho
now rapidly opening great Northern Interior of this province. At that time it was
pointed out that unless the government and
the business interests of this province were
wutchful thc great new trade to bo developed in this vast hinterland would very probably go to Edmonton.
"Briefly the reasons given were that tho
G. T. P. would this yeur reach Tete Juane
Cache, which is practically the head of
navigation on the Fraser, 115 miles above
Fort George. Thus Fort George and all the
country south of it to be reached on the
Eraser, practically to Lillooet, and all the
territory on the Nechaco which could be
remhed by steamers of light draft, would
do their trading through Tete Juane Cache
until the ' G. T. P. will be completed to
Prince Rupert. Meantime the trading relations will have been established with Edmonton greatly to the prejudice of the merchants and manufacturers of the coast.
"In discussing this subject it was urged
that the necessity for an immediate route
to the Northern Interior was of the utmost
importance to the coast trade and the opening of the Fraser Rivor from Lytton to
Soda Creek was suggested if thut would be
found feasible. Thc opening of tho Fraser
from Lytton would, to a large extent, have
offset the present 164-mile haul of freight
from Ashcroft to Soda Creek the present
first point of navigation on the Fraser.
Opinions differ as to the feasibility of
making the Fraser navigable between Lytton and Soda Creek, a distance of about
\lill miles or about the same as the wagon
road haul from Ashcroft to Soda Creek.
From Soda Creek to Tete .Inane Cache by
river is '170 miles, all of which has been and
most of which is regularly navigated.
"The strategic point of the situation is
Soda Creek unless the river can be cleared
below that point to Lytton. Tn the discussion of the question by the joint meeting of
the Board of Trade and the Tourist Association the matter was put upon a broad
basis looking toward the ultimate construction of a line of railway through central British Columbia to the Peace Rivet-
country. The value of such a line to the
coast cities can hardly be appreciated and
certainly cannot be overestimated.
"But its realization is necessarily a matter
of considerable time. Several years must
elapse before it can become a practical factor in the transportation situation of British Columbia. In the meantime the trade
of a vast section of this province will have
centred in Edmonton or Calgary. A line of
Railway to the Peace river country from
this Coast is a necessity and must come, but
the pressing need of today is a scheme of
transportation which will cover the gap
between Lytton and Soda Creek and thus
put coast merchants on at least an even
footing with Edmonton. This gap may be
spunned either by'clearing the Fraser for
navigation, or if that is not feasible by
building a railway to Soda Creek connecting with the C. P. R. at Lytton. Such a
road could form a link or branch in the
Peace River system. It could be built as
either an electric or steam road as there are
abundant water powers in the district it is
likely the former would prove the more
economical. The only other alternative
routes by which the coast cities will ever be
able to reach this trade will be via Prince
Rupert or Edmonton or the C. P. R.-C. N.
R. to Tete Juane Cache. Tho ('ache is only
164 miles from Edmonton and about 484
miles from Vanoouver. Edmonton is 350
miles on a direct line from Fort George.
Vancouver's only rail connection with Fort
George will depend upon the C, P. R. to
Kamloops, the C, N. R. to Tote Juane
Cache and the G. T. P. to Fort Goorgo, a
total distance o f 690 miles. The Lytton-
Soda Creek route would be as follows:
Vaneouver lo Lytton, 155.7 miles; Lytton
to Soda Creek, about 160 miles; Soda Creek
to Fort George by river or railway about
155 miles, making a total of 170 miles so
that even with a direct all rail route the
coast will have a handicap of over a hundred miles' haul ns against Edmonton when
the G. T. P. is>completed."
We believe that the Fraser River could bo
cleared of obstruction to navigation between Lillooet and Soda Creek without any
great engineering difficulties, but ths rivor
between Lillooet nnd the C. P. R., a distance of about 50 miles, there exists a fall,
called "Tho Fountain," which would, wo
believe, necessitate the building of a lock
which would be a long and expensive proposition, which would not be justified, when
one takes into consideration the fact that
someday tho 'J. T. P. will build their branch
line from Vancouver to Fort George, following, in a general direction, the valley of tho
Fraser river from Lillooet north. This is
provided for under section 15 of their charter which empowers the company to "lay out,
construct and operate various lines of railway, ouch of the gauge of four feet eight
and one half inches:" Section fifteen covers:
"From Vaneouver to a junction with the
Grand Trunk Pacilic Railway, or to a junction with the Pacific Northern and Omineca
Railway, or both, between the 122nd and
the 124th degrees of longitude." It appears
obvious that the G. T. P. would divert
most of their tiaiixcontinental traffic via
Vancouver, if thou- branch line from this
point was to be completed with the main
line to Prince Rupert, nnd General-Manager
E. J. Chamberlin appears anxious to have
the service to the company's Pacific terminus
in thorough working order before building
the necessary line to Vaneouver. When Mr.
Chamberlin first came into power on the
G. T. P. fresh frrfm the management of
a little jerk-water system back east, he announced that the company had abandoned
their intention of building a line from Fort
George to Vancouver in favor of a branch
from Tete Juane Cache in n direct, but absurd, route across the grain of the province.
Pint after the governmenl had gone to
1 the country on the railroad question in 1900
resulting in the overwhelming support of
the administration's policy of guaranteeing
, the principal and interest of the bonds of
tlic C. N. IL, building a railway from Tete
! .Inane to Vancouver, in a southerly course,
the G. T. P. went back to its only feasible
, brunch line programme,, of Fort George-
Vancouver. That line will be the salvation
of Vancouver in so far as the trade of the
norl hern interior is concerned. There is no
other solution, unless lhe Vancouver interests can prevail upon the Federal Department nf Works to remove the obstructions
to navigation in tho Fraser river between
Lillooet and Soda Creek —or Hying machines are very milch perfected. If Vancouver
with its daily and weekly press wants to
conserve for British Columbia the trade that
lies within her borders why pursue a lost
cause? AM the money in the province can't
stop the (i. T. P. reaching Tete Juane Cache
before any possible transportation system
of use or benefit to this section can be an accomplished fact: But, there is a field today
that stands now exactly where the Northern
Interior country stood years ago, when
Vancouver should have been organizing to
develop its trade resources. We refer to the
Peace River country. Wo have been persistant!}' advocating that thc Dominion Government should open up tho Giscombe portage route; we have shown how the present
route, which is being used at present by all
the inbound settlers, via Edmonton and Edson, and thence over the long waggon road,
is vastly inferior to the all water route in
B. C, with the exception of the Cariboo
road hall from Ashcroft to Soda Creek of
167 miles, and a twelve mile portage at
Giscombe from the Fraser to tho Peace river
Watershed Uowing into the Arctic. The Dominion government are cribbing the banks of
the Athabasca River and dredging it out.
It will lie passable for steamers of practicable size for opening up the region. If the
same work were undertaken on about 20
miles of river scattered between the head of
the Parsnip and tho north end of Summit
Lake a gateway would be opened into a system of waterways that taps the heart of the
province's great undeveloped northland.
This we commend to the earnest attention
of the coasl writers and progressive bodies.
commercial centre, South Fort George. At
the mouth of thc Willow River, John A.
Wiley's ranch is daily l>eing transformed
from a wild hay meadow into a splendid
producing farm under the management of
J. Harvey, who took four men and a large
outfit of farming impedimenta to the land
some weeks ago.
Harry Joyce, the well-known Quesnel contractor, arrived here on thc "B. X." last
last Monday to install the two ferries here.
Mr. Joyce has had considerable experience
in building ferries on the Fraser River, and
he introduced to the attention of the Dept.
of Works the advantage of the pontoon
type over thc scow ferry. Harry Joyce installed the pontoon ferry ut Quesnel and
ulso nt Milne's landing on thc Nechaco
River. Work has already commenced on the
Nechaco ferry, which crossed the river on
the Natural Resources townsite, about three
miles from the mouth of the river the north
cable, anchorage being on thc Fort George
Realty Company's property on the north
bank of the Nechaco. Work on the Fraser
ferry will start directly tho iron material for
construction arrives, as it has been delayed
for some reason. Neither of the cables have
yet reached hero, but they will arrive before
their anchorage has been completed. Both
ferries ure to bo built in the pontoon typo,
The Ashcroft Journal, publishes in its editorial column of Juno 24th., a long open
letter, to J. B. Daniell Esq., editor of this
paper. It is a "roast", which accuses the
editor amongst other things of possibly
drinking u "strawberry-sodu." Wo will reply
without straining tho resources on the English language, to the volume of our contemporary's argument, next week, but right
now we wish to repudiate the base accusation unent the imbibing of strawberry-sodas.
Amongst the arrivals from tho south this
week were Messrs K. Myers and II, G. E.
Savage, two brother journalists hailing
from Vancouver. They come to write of the
city of Fort Goorgo for the multitude without. They will tell of the country as they
find it, and of tho embryo cities as their
personal investigation directs. If the pn|>ers
thoy represent are not gagged by promoters
advertising thoy will print the fucts as they
nre; nnd if these journalistis wish to render
a public service, which is incumbent upon
everyone who writes for publication, they
will assist in oxposing the rotton work of
rotten prompters, Thoy pursue the desire
for knowledge into tho Pence Rivor valley,
where, if thoy investigate the operations of
tho land stakors who have staked some
thousands of square miles twenty miles back
on the plateaux, they will find material for
their pens that will use up lots of ink.
The editor of the little weekly published
on the Nechaco townlet, passes a few remarks anent the political stand that the
Herald has taken lately. The Nechaco rag
is owned by the Natural Resources Security
Company Ltd. They are well on the "inside" in Victoria. Bob Green, formerly Minister of Lands, und now "boss" of the party
in his capacity of President of the British
Columbia Conservative Association, sells
the company's property in the Capitol. Bill
Blakemore, Editor of The Week, who has
been called "press agent to the government"
has "mutual interests" on the Nechaco
water-front, antl the advertising rags issued from the Natural Resources nre replete with lying advertisements, and boosts
for the government. The Nechaco napkin
was once the property of a fearless journalist who ran it on independent lines until he
died. It then became the property of the pap
dispensers to forte a part of their publicity
scheme, and to boost their wild-cat. Although tho new owners never changed the
policy of their organ it fell in line with the
hide-bound Conservative press of the province and reprints everything Mr. McBride
would wish reprinted, and when his government makes those sad blunders that have
marred the administration lately, it crawls
around the issue in an endeavor to find the
right thing to say for the party. It is rewarded by being placed on the "government patronage list," and prints all the
advertisments the government toss it, together with other menial papers which can't
afford to lose the few cheeks thoy wheedle
out of the treasury by allowing their duty
to the public, ns militant journals, (o be
sot aside for gain. We boast of the fact that
although we call The Herald a conservative
organ wo have not printed above fifty lines
of government advertising since we commenced publication, and if we hate to restrict Hie expression of our opinion anent
the mistakes of the administration we never
expect to print another line of it. Tako it,
you scum.
Tho steamer Chilcotin arrived from Soda
Creek on Tuesday last, bringing up a heavy
load of freight. Tlle big boat made the trip
in good time, but was delayed owing to
an accident to her machinery, She left for

for his success with the boat at a time when
her former commander had pronounced her

OPENING OF FORT GEORGE THEATRE
The Fort George Theatre opens its doors
to the public to-night at seven o'clock. The
management informs us that a splendid
selection of films have been received for the
opening performance, and that the machine
installed, a Thomas A. Edison latest model,
is the best procurable. The building was
completed yesterday by Contractors Bronger
& Flynn. The interior measurement is 30x
70 feet, with twenty foot walls. Tho seating
capacity of the house at present is 500. The
management has taken every precaution to
guard against lire and the machine is enclosed in a fire proof compartment. The performance lasts for one hour during which
time many changes of subject aro introduced. The regular evening performance will
start at S p. m. but owing to the dance to
be held tonight in the Northern Lumber
Company's store, which commences at 9 p.
m. the management has decided to hold
the opening performance early in order that
those wishing to attend the dance and also
see the show may have an opportunity of
doing so without inconvenience.
The opening of this fine theatre in South
Fort George marks a new epoch in the history of the town, and of the whole district.
A town so remotely situated as this, unless
peopled by such progressive and virile citizens as form the personnel of our community, would meander along for many years,
striving for the necessities of existence and
the creature comforts, before the citizens
follow the pursuit of pleasure to the extent
of building a theatre capable of holding tho
entire population of the town at onco without reaching its seating capacity. But here
we are not waiting for the town to grow,
but we are always promoting its growth iu
every manner. There is no sensible reason
why, because we are situated three hundred
milos from a-railroad that life should not
be enjoyed to the fullest extent possible.
Realizing this the Northern Interior Amusement Company have undertaken to keep
lho community supplied with entertainment
every night in the week except Sunday. The
programme will be changed every Saturday
and Wednesday, For the opening performance special music will be a feature of the
programme.
Every District Has a Different Land Policy
The Lands Department of the Provincial
Government have initiated their new policy
of land peddling by gazetting the reserve of
US sections of land, situated near the forks
of thi" Fraser River, from alienation except
by sale at public auction. The lands set out
in their Gazette notice are in the middle of
the reserve that has just been cancelled for
alienation by preemption in the same vicinity. The lowest price for which lands can
now be purchased from the Oovernment in
the province is 85 an acre. That is thc price
on second class lands. It therefore stands to
reason that the upset price for government
lands in their auction would be based upon
teratipns had been made to her stern and
machinery.
Otis Farley, a well known Quesnel rancher, was amongst the arrivals on Thursday's
"11. \."
Frank lloll'crcanip is installing three baths
in his barber shop on .Second street. This
is very welcome news as hitherto, in spite of
the growth and importance of tho town, it
has been impossible for the general public
to bath without tho aid of coal oil cans and
wash-basins.
Don't fail to attend the big dance tonight
the prevailing prices in districts where staking by agent is still allowed. Thus the government are establishing a value for pre-
emptors lands by inducing another form of
speculation in the midst of lands set nsido
for them, and by so doing they encourage
the "tin-horn" pre-emptor we have referred
to previously in these columns. Just why n
government should have two separate and
distinct methods of selling their lands in ono
province is shrouded in mystery, yet in some
sections they are allowing the land-operator
to take their lands by putting in a corner
post, whilst in other districts they make
competitive buying the rule.
in the Northern Lumber Company's store.
Don t leave your programme at home tonight, as included in it is the dance programme.
Tho pictures tonight at the Fort George
Theatre: The Courting of the Merry Widow:
Lorenzo the Wolf: Never again, and other
subjects including a cow-boy film showing
some splendid roping and riding.
Mi's. Robert Burns returned from a two
month's bisit to tho coast lust Monday.
The Fort Goorgo Theatro doors open at
6-45 tonight. . PAGE TWO

Quesnel B. C.
This company is proposing to immediately
erect at Quesnel, a high class, modern brewery, and is offering to the public for subscription at par 300 of its GOO shares.
Since the incorporation of the company
several jnonths ago, continuous efforts have
been made to obtain from the Dominion
Inland Revenue Departmant its consent to
the issue of a brewery licence. It has now
agreed to a grant being made when the
brewery is erected, and it has already appointed an Inland Revenue Inspector at
Quesnel to transact the business of the company. An application will be made with all
practicable speed for a provincial licence.
and the Directors now propose to immediately construct und equip the brewery.
The whole expenses of promoting the
company, including Solicitors charges for
promotion; Government fees; stock books;
the printing of stock certificates and the
Articles of Association; Solicitor's charges
for securing an understanding from the
Dominion Government as to a grant of a
licence when brewety is erected; the cost of
printing and publishing this prospectus have
been assumed by the Directors, or some of
them, and for so doing the said J. B. Daniell will be ullotted 00 shares, and the said
J. A. Fraser; W. L. Collins; 'A. W. Cameron;
E. L. Kepner; and George J. Walker 18
shares each. A contract dated 25 November
1910 to this effect has been entered into between the Company and the individual Directors and the same may be seen at the registered office of the Company during business hours.
* The Company is thus, without the payment of a single dollar, in the very fortunate position of being discharged from all initial and organizing expenses. _ '
No shares will be (issued at a discount and
every dollar subscribed will be used for the
actual business ,needs of the company.
The Directors are fortunute in having secured the services of Mr. George Bruder as
Brewer and Manager. Mr. Bruder is splendidly equipped for the position. He has 25
years experience as a Brewer in Germany,
Switzerland, the United States and Canada.
He is a graduate of the American Brewing
1 Academy and was for years Brewmaster of
the Upper Michigan Brewing Company, and
later of the Imperial Brewing Company, of
Kamloops, both of which were exceedingly
successful under his management.
Mr. Bruder is the owner of a considerable
amount of Brewing plant and apparatus,
and so much confidence has he iu the possibilities of this District, and the successful
outlook of the Company that he has agreed
to turn over his plant at a valuation in exchange for the shares of the Company at
full par value.
The Directors only propose to raise the
capital necessary to place the Company in a
thoroughly sound financial condition, and
now offer for sale 815,000,00 of shares based
on tiie following estimate:
Site 8500.00
Building 7000.00
Machinery etc 4000.00
Plant and Apparatus 1500.00
Tools and accessories 500.00
Working Capital 2500.00
$16,000.00
Less estimated value ol
Mr. Bruder's plant 1250.00
Net amount of capital
required $14750.00
The profits ,of Breweries are proverbial.
The distances of this country from the railroad; the impossibility of price competition
from the nearest brewery; the immense extent of territory this brewery will serve; and
the splendid prices obtainable, place this
brewery in a class by itself, and make the
Directors firm in their belief that this company will in a very short tibie be in an exceedingly prosperous condition and paying a
very high rate of dividend.
This brewery will supply Quesnel, Fort
Oeorge, Stunley, 150 Mile House, Soda
Creek, Quesnel Forks, Hydraulic, and all the
surrounding, country, and it is estimated
that these places, during this year, consume
at least 2000 barrels of beer. The plant it is
proposed to install is capable of manufact-
facturing 2500 barrels of beer per annjim,
leaving a considerable margin for development without increased cost.
The construction of the G. T. P. and other
railways through this part of Northern B.
C. will, immediately increase the territory
this brewery will serve, and ensure a big expansion of business within,a comparatively
short time. As any larger quantity of beer
can be manufactured at a less cost of output than a smaller quantity, a steady increase in the yearly profit in proportion to
the increase in business will be made.
' An average wholesale price of a barrell of
beer holding 6 doz. bottles is $10.00 at the
Brewery. Prices vary from $8.10 to $12.85
The average weight of such a barrell is
245tbs, and the freight from the Brewery to
Quesnel at 5 cents per pound would be $12.-
25. Beer from the Railway cannot therefore
be laid down in Quesnel under $22.25 per
burrell.
The estimated sost ol manufacturing a 6
dozen barrell of finest quality beer in Quesnel is only $7.80.
At $22.25 per barrell a bottle of beer costs
approximately 31 cents, of which the freight
is approximately 17 cents.
ESTIMATED PROFITS.
First working year,
Cost of manufacturing
1500 bbls., @ 88.00 ... $12,000.00
Selling price thereof @
$22.25 per bbl.,(wholesale in Quesnel is today $30.00 p«r barrel ...33,375.00
Estd., gross profit ... $21,375.00
After providing for the writing off of the
cost of the entire building and plant in five
years, and for the creation in that time of
a reserve fund equal in amount to the entire capital now to be subscribed, these
profits would pay a dividend of over 60 per
cent.
To comply with the Companies Act it is
stated that the Minimum Subscription on
which the Directors will proceed to allotment is one share. A considerable number of
shares have already been spoken for.
Applications for shares should be made
upon the form accompanying this prospectus, and sent to the Company's Bankers, the
Northern Crown Bank, Quesnel, or to the
Trader's Bunk, South Fort George, with a
remittance for the amount payable on application.
A copy of the Company's Memorandum of
Association is printed in the fold hereof,
and with the Articles of Association of thc
Company forms part hereof.
Where no allotment is made thc deposit
will be returned in full, and also where th'
nutnber of shares allotted is less than the
number applied for the balance of the deposit will be applied towards the remaining
payments.
Failure to pay any future instalment on
shares allotted when due will render previous payment liable to forfeiture.
Full prospectuses (upon the terms of which
applications will alone be entertained) and
forms of application can be obtained from
the Northern Crown Bank, Quesnel, The
Trader's Bank, South Fort George, from
any of the Directors, and from E. J. Avison
Quesnel. '

Registrar of Joint Stock Companies.
Dated at Quesnel, this 26th., day of April
1911.
