TAKE NOTICE that Lawrence &
Workman whose address is Stewart, B.
C., will apply for a license to take and
use five cubic feet of water out of
Barney's Gulch, which flows westerly
and drains into Bear River about one
mile from Stewart tidewater.
The water will be diverted from the
stream at a point about 800 feet from
foot of mountain and will, be used for
power (industrially) purpose upon, the
land applied for at foot of mountain.
A copy of this notice was posted on the
ground on the 13th a��y of May 1920, A copy
of this notice and an application pursuant thereto, and to the "Water Act,
1914", will be filed in the office of the
Water Recorder at Prince Rupert. Objections to the apnlication may be filed
with the said Water Recorder or with
the Comptroller of Water Rights, Parliament Buildings, Victoria, B. C, within thirty days after the first appearance
of this notice in a local newspaper.
