Whatever may he the ultimate outcome of lhe Websler case the people will feel a sence of relief in the knowledge that, the Mint:lias passed when murder can be committed in this county with Impunity, It, is rarely that a iiiiiii escapes punishment for a petty offence against the laws, but heretofore, wilh the exeepl ion of one old negro and u Chinaman, murderers have been exempt from the punishment laid down In Ihe siaiuie hooks. '■ __\___t___.t_tBUg_tf k ^^ J NOW IS THE TIME To get in on the ground floor. The company having recently purchased the McDonnell ranch of about 560 acres, adjoining its mineral claims, now possesses unusual facilities for carrying on mining operations on a large scale. This purchase has secured to the Company excellent mill and smelter sites; abundant water power for mining, electric light, domestic and other purposes, and other desirable advantages. Forty acres of this land, very conveniently and centrally situated at the junction of Eholt Creek and Boundary Creek, have been surveyed into town lots, and the new townsite has been named. BOUNDARY GREEK CITY. I TS situation is a most favorable one, being at j nigh on the line of the new railway from the the meeting place of two much used routes o' travel—to Long Lake, Pass Creek and Summit camps, and to Kimberly camp, and the main Kettle River respectively. It is also the only known practicable railway pass from the east, so will be Columbia River to Penticton. Building has already commenced on the new townsite, which offers particular inducement for both business and residence purposes. There are now good openings for several kinds of businesses and the company will give exery encouragement to business men establishing themselves at this point. Prices of lots are within the reach of all, and buyers building on them will be liberally dealt with. Full particulars of both mineral claims and town lots will be given upon application to the BOUNDARY CREEK MINING AND MILLING CONPANY, LTD GREENWOOD CITY B, C
