Transcribed from verso, black ink: "Smallest of the two falls at Meziadin Lake. This is the fall farthest from lake. Height of falls 7 or 8 feet. Distance from larger falls about 100 yds. Both falls are about six miles from the lake and 3.4 miles from junction of Meziadin and Naas Rivers"
