Letter from Captain Stamp to Sir Arthur Birch, Colonial Secretary, in which he accuses Jeremiah Rogers, a previous employee of the Saw Mill Company, of attempting to "levy blackmail" against the Company by petitioning the colonial government for the right to lease the land with the best timber for spars, located in the Navy Reserve, out from under the Company.
