AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE GOVERNOR OF VANCOUVER ISLAND TO BORROW THE SUM OF £40,000 ON THE SECURITY OF THE GENERAL REVENUE OF THE SAID COLONY XVIII. THIS ACT MAY BE CITED AS "THE VANCOUVER ISLAND ROAD AND HARBOUR ACT, 1862.
