A BILL TO INCORPORATE THE TOWN OF NANAIMO. ... THIS ACT MAY BE CITED AS THE "NANAIMO INCORPORATION ACT, 1866."

Notwithstanding, Nanaimo was not incorporated until 1874, apparently.
