The legend of Daniel Williams Freuchen, Peter, 1886-1957


"Fiction. Williams, a bible-toting Negro and ex-slave, arrived in the Peace River country in the 1870's and worked for the Hudson's Bay Company in Dunvegan and Fort St. John.
