Description
Bicycle trail map for Victoria and surrounding area for circa 1897. Shows hotels and hills. Note: heavy vertical fold in original. Date derived from historical information on map. The Consolidated Railway Co. was in existence from 1896-1897 after which it changed to BC Electric. The Empress Hotel, built in 1908, is not shown but the bridge is indicated. Manuscript notes on some of the plots of land indicate original owners.
