AUCE Provincial Dispatch no. 13 (November 27, 1980) includes by-election results, and the results of a special assessment which passed to provide financial assistance to Local 1. AUCE Provincial News: Special Issue on Affiliation (December 1980) includes discussion and opinion pieces on the advantages and disadvantages of various ways to affiliate with the CLC. AUCE Provincial News (Fall 1980) includes topics such as local reports, boycotts, protest literature, settlements, tripartism, relations with the Canadian Confederation of Unions, a Canadian Human Rights Commission review of Canada Employment and Immigration, opinion pieces on affiliation, and sexual assault legislation.
