Written on back: "Champion stallion of the 1919 Canadian shows; 2nd prize aged stallion at the Chicago International. Twice first and once second at the Highland and Agricultural Show in Scotland. Sire: Baron's Pride; Dam, Rose Leaf of Rosemount. Recently purchased by the University of British Columbia to head what is conceded the greatest group of Clydesdale mares in America.".
