Description

According to Lee, the two first chapters of the Zhongjing mulu 眾經目錄 are carved on the right wall of Cave 46 at the at the Wofo yuan complex 臥佛院, Anyue xian 安岳縣, Sichuan sheng 四川省. The inclusion of the Zhongjing Mulu, a catalogue of scriptures , seems unusual. However, the catalogue seems to have been included not as a generative source of Buddhist texts, but rather as a supplement to the principal scriptures of the site.
