Description

This epitaph record is located in the Imperial Incense Hall (御香殿) of Beizhen Temple. It is sized 116cm (height) by 116cm (width). It was carved in the 5th year of Xianyong (1069). The epitaph lid and body are combined. Nine characters, “Gu Qin Jin Guo Fei Mu Zhi Ming Ji 故秦晉國妃墓誌銘記” (Epitaph Record of the Deceased Imperial Consort of Qinjin), are engraved on the lid.
