Feature Article Title: The Power of Noticing – Pharmacists’ Accessibility and Connection with Patients Can Set the Stage for Mental Health Awareness. Worsening mental health can affect patients’ health in a multitude of ways. Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, the Clinic team has become attentive to changes in our patients’ mental health and noticing more frequently that the chief complaint is not always the underlying issue. Case Title: Treatment-Resistant Depression: Is Ketamine the Key? This issue’s case study looks into the evidence behind using ketamine for treatment-resistant depression, and outlines important counselling points for patient education.
