In early 2021, the UBC Pharmacists Clinic gained access to CareConnect, the provincial electronic health record. While work is now underway to get all BC community pharmacists connected, the Clinic team shares its first impressions and experiences with CareConnect, and how it has impacted the way we care for patients. Case Study: To prescribe or not prescribe: that is the question with serotonin toxicity. Drug interactions involving risk of serotonin toxicity are commonly misunderstood.
