Case Study: HRT for Sleep Without the Heat: Exploring the Use of Hormone Replacement Therapy for Insomnia in the Absence of Vasomotor Symptoms - This issue’s case study explores the use of estrogen and progesterone in a postmenopausal woman using it treat insomnia in the absence of other menopausal symptoms.
