This stele is located in the clearing in the northeast section of Beizhen Temple. The residual size of this stele is 165cm (body height), 79cm (width), and 20cm (depth). The body of this stele is badly efflorescent, and the words are illegible. Except for the title, the basic information of this stele is unknown. According to the title of this stele, “Stele Record of the Construction of Wenchang Palace in Guangning”, it records the construction of Wenchang Palace.
