Attendance sheet for women masons' on-the-job training Subedi, Prakash
Many women masons have been trained and provided on-the-job training by many organisations due to the need for skilled masonry during the reconstruction after the 2015 earthquake. This has fulfilled the need for additional masons and also empowered the women to work in the traditional men's job. Taken during the 1st phase of fieldwork conducted by the research team based at Social Science Baha in Kathmandu, Nepal, as part of the SSHRC Partnership Development Grant, ‘Expertise, Labour and Mobility in Nepal’s Post-Conflict, Post-Disaster Reconstruction’.
