A Ming dynasty metal bell sits behind the stupa of Monk Shilisha located inside Yuanzhao temple 圓照寺. The temple is located in the town on Taihuai in Mount Wutai, China. The temple was built during the Ming Dynasty to commemorate the monk Shilisha 室利沙. The stupa was built in 1434. Bell [1525]. Close up of bell, Tibetan script [1526].
