Description
This is one of several minor temples on the Miidera grounds. This particular temple is for avoiding dangers and obtaining good fortune. The main image is an Eleven-headed Kannon. The temple also contains an image of a Golden Fudō Myōō. Said to have originally been established in 994 (Shōryaku 5, 正暦五年) by Keiso (慶祚 955-1019), the site was rebuilt in 1776 (An'ei 5, 安永五年).
