Established in 1986. This altar is dedicated to the bodhisattva Dizang [1]. This is an altar dedicated to Shakyamuni Buddha at the entrance of the temple [2]. These are varying images of the bodhisattva Guanyin etched into glass. Mirrors and lighting effects behind the images give the illusion of an infinite number of figures, denoting the bodhisattva's infinite manifestations [3]. This altar is dedicated to the Thousand-Armed Guanyin Bodhisattva. The thousand arms display her ability to help all sentient beings [4]. Exterior view of Fo Guang Shan Bei Hai Dao Chang. This temple is exclusively Buddhist [5]. The upstairs altar is dedicated to Shakyamuni Buddha [6]. 360 video [7].
