This report outlines a possible 4-week practicum, where students will work alongside the interdisciplinary team at Indigicare Medicines pharmacy, observing and participating in a variety of services. Student learning experience will include both dispensing medications and contributing to primary care in collaboration with Lu’ma Medical Centre. Additionally, since the Lu’ma Native Housing Society manages many different affordable and supportive housing sites, students may also have the unique opportunity to visit these locations to deliver medications and offer pharmacy services.
