The Natural Orchestra : Soundscape Approach to Conservation Basri, Nabil Hakim

Abstract

The Natural Orchestra harmonizes biological, geophysical, and human sounds. Theses sounds form the soundscape, a tool reflecting ecosystem health. Like ecological systems, it thrives on balance, symbolizing ecological stewardship. In Ujung Kulon National Park, vital for the critically endangered Javan Rhino, this harmony holds deep significance. The park’s biodiversity and cultural richness underscore the importance of collective responsibility. By fostering connections between culture, environment, and conservation, The Natural Orchestra becomes a beacon for preserving Earth’s treasures. It echoes nature’s resilience in a melody of conservation.
