Nicole Bailey was a semi-finalist in the 2022 UBC Three Minute Thesis (3MT) competition. Nicole presented their research, "Does stress hurt?” They hope to determine how populations with chronic pain may respond negatively to acute stress. Nicole Bailey is completing their Master in Experimental Medicine in Faculty of Medicine at The University of British Columbia under the supervision of Dr. John (Kip) Kramer.
