Abstract

The report discusses an urgent disaster, flood­ing, under the pressure of the climate change. The objective of the report is to determine the degree of conflicts which arise from the contem­porary urbanization and the conventional flood protection and to explore a landscape approach with a resilient concern as a climate regulation tool.
