Abstract

The Geriatric Education and Training (GET) Program provides a toolkit for educators to implement geriatric-focused training for acute care nurses, addressing the unique needs of older adults in hospitals. [OER Description: The geriatric education and training program workshop/training materials were developed to support faculty and educators. This open educational resource (OER) includes lesson plans, presentation slides, case studies, assessment tools, handouts, and course evaluation forms.]
