Generic morphisms Kubis, Wieslaw

Description

We shall present a general framework for studying generic homomorphisms of discrete and continuous structures (including linear operators). Under some mild assumptions on the base category, a generic morphism exists, and is homogeneous and universal. Often, it is a universal endomorphism of the Fraisse limit. Examples include graphs, ordered sets, metric spaces, and Banach spaces.
