Description	Following work of Kavruk et al. on tensor products of operator systems, we discuss the tensor theory of matrix convex sets. Among applications, we obtain a new formulation of Connes' embedding problem via noncommutative Choquet theory. This is joint work with Roy Araiza and Adam Dor-On.
