The notion of anisotropy taken to the limit Vishik, Alexander
Description
The importance of the notion of anisotropy was noticed for quite a while, most notably, in the theory of quadratic forms. I will discuss the â anisotropic motivic categoryâ which embodies this notion. This category introduced originally with the aim of studying the Picard group of Voevodsky's category appeared to have many interesting and unexpected connections.
