Description	In this talk, I will review several results on the surface superconductivity in the 3-dimensional Ginzburg-Landau model. In particular, we will consider the existence of a surface energy density and study its first properties. The talk is based on joint work with Ayman Kachmar, Michael Persson Sundqvist, Xingbin Pan and Jean-Philippe Miqueu.
