Description	Shell models of turbulence are simpler to deal with analytically and numerically than the full Navier-Stokes equations. In this work, we look the continuum limit of the DN and GOY shell models and reproduce results from Kolmogorov theory for the stationary case. The continuum limit allows us to derive these results analytically, which we also confirm numerically.
