The University of British Columbia’s 2020 3 Minute Thesis Runner- Up, Laura Stankiewicz, shares her research on T-cells. With the use of Codex Technology, she analyzes the signals, messages, and spatial information of T-cells to progress autoimmune disease research. Stankiewicz is currently completing their PhD in the Biomedical Engineering program under the supervision of Dr. Peter Zandstra and Dr. Fabio Rossi.
