Janet Tobias is a multiple award-winning director/producer with 20 years experience working in television for all three American networks (CBS, NBC and ABC), PBS, Discovery, and MSNBC. In 2001, she co-founded Sierra/Tango Productions, which has produced over 20 films on subjects ranging from 13-year-old girls to US veterans returning from war. Tobias produced and directed an award winning four-hour joint Frontline/Nightline project on the juvenile justice system in California, and executive produced the Emmy award-winning PBS Life 360 (2001). In 2013, she was nominated for a writer’s guild for her docudrama No Place On Earth (2012). The feature length documentary Unseen Enemy (2017) and the animated documentary Memory Games (2017) are her latest films.
